The Alberta Music Industry provides professional development opportunities, educational support, mentoring and training opportunities for Alberta artists and sound recording professionals, lobby government agencies in support of music industry issues, initiate fundraising and sponsorship activities for the association.

Alberta Music maintains the support and growth of the Western Canadian Music Alliance and advocate the values and interests of Alberta artists in the community.
